Terms and Conditions
- Customer on Plus 20 will enjoy unlimited basic local data. However, to ensure fair usage, the mobile data will be offered at a managed speed once Customer exceeds the monthly bundled local data.
- Once monthly entitlement for talktime/SMS is used up, Customer will be charged the pay-per-use rate.
- Pay-per-use : Outgoing local call @ $0.1090/min
- Pay-per-use : Outoging local sms @ $0.0545/SMS

Promotional Terms and Conditions
- Promotion valid for new VIVIFI Plus 20 plan sign-ups from 1 Dec 2025 till further notice.
- To be eligible for the promo, the customer must select “VIVIFI Plus 20 – 300GB” plan when placing the new order.
- A one-month advance payment of the selected plan’s subscription fee is required upon successful order submission. This payment will be offset against the first monthly bill and is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
- Subscriber must activate the SIM cards successfully within 14 days from order submission date.
- The additional 30GB local data will be valid for 12 calendar months from the SIM activation date.
- Eligible customers enjoy 300GB, 400mins & 200SMS for the first 12 months, and 270GB, 400mins & 200SMS thereafter. Customers also enjoy a one-time 600GB roaming data to Malaysia, valid for 365 days from the SIM activation date. Promo add-ons will be automatically removed after the validity period.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing VIVIFI promotions or offers.
