  2. Customer is required to purchase Boosters for additional entitlements.

Promo Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is valid for customers who sign up for a new VIVIFI Roam Asia Super 5G+ plan from 27 Feb 2026 till further notice.
  2. To qualify, customer must select “VIVIFI Roam Asia Super 5G+ – 400GB” plan when placing the new order.
  3. A one-month advance payment of the selected plan’s subscription fee is required upon successful order submission. This payment will be offset against the first monthly bill and is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
  4. Customer must successfully activate the SIM card within 14 days of the order submission date.
  5. Eligible customers enjoy 400GB local data, 800 minutes local talktime, and 100 SMS. Customers also receive 20GB monthly recurring roaming data for Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, and India. Plus, get a one-time 600GB roaming data bonus for Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, valid for 365 days from the SIM activation date. Promo add-on will be automatically removed after the validity period.
  6. Plus, enjoy 500 minutes of recurring IDD 019 calls each month from Singapore to Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, United States of America, Vietnam, Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Malaysia, Thailand & Indonesia. To utilize this benefit, IDD calls must be made using the 019 prefix. Please note that for every minute of IDD 019 call made, a corresponding minute will be deducted from the Customer’s monthly IDD 019 allocation and an equivalent minute will also be deducted from the Customer’s available local outgoing talktime. Standard local and IDD rates apply once your respective balances are exhausted.
  7. Enjoy a monthly recurring allowance of 10 minutes of incoming roaming calls at worldwide destinations. Once the 10-minute incoming roaming call allowance is fully utilised, standard roaming call rates will apply. All outgoing roaming calls are chargeable at prevailing standard roaming rates. Roaming charges may vary depending on the destination country and network operator.
  8. Mobile plan includes 5G+ connectivity where available.
  9. [FREE 1 MONTH – New Numbers and Port-ins from Non-Singtel networks] To qualify for the promo, customer must sign up for a new “VIVIFI Roam Asia Super 5G+” plan from 5 Mar 2026 to 8 Mar 2026 with a new VIVIFI number or port in from non-Singtel networks (Singtel network includes Singtel, heya/hi!, GOMO, Zym, Zero1, CMLink).
    1. Customer will be charged the standard monthly subscription fee for the mobile plan starting from SIM activation date.
    2. New VIVIFI number: Customer must not request to port in a number from another telco. Subscription fee will be waived for the 3rd bill from the SIM activation date, provided the previous bills are paid in full and on time by their respective due dates.
      Port-in from Non-Singtel networks: The successful port-in of the number from the operator specified by the Customer during sign-up must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Customer’s mobile plan order submission date. Subscription fee will be waived for the 3rd bill from the port-in date, provided the previous bills are paid in full and on time by their respective due dates.
    3. Any subscription fee waiver provided is not exchangeable for cash.
    4. After the promotional waiver, the monthly subscription fees will automatically revert to VIVIFI’s standard prevailing rates.
    5. The promotional discount will be immediately forfeited if customer ports out the mobile number from VIVIFI, changes the existing mobile plan, terminates the mobile service or initiates a Transfer of Ownership of the mobile service.
  10. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing VIVIFI promotions or offers.
  11. VIVIFI’s management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
