Promo Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is valid for customers who sign up for a new VIVIFI Roam Asia Super plan from 4 July 2025 to 31 July 2025.
- To qualify, customer must select “VIVIFI Roam Asia Super – 400GB” plan when placing the new order.
- A one-month advance payment of the selected plan’s subscription fee is required upon successful order submission. This payment will be offset against the first monthly bill and is non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- Customer must successfully activate the SIM card within 14 days of the order submission date.
- Eligible customers enjoy 400GB local data, 800 minutes talktime, and 100 SMS. Customers also receive 15GB monthly recurring roaming data for Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, and India. Plus, get a one-time 600GB roaming data bonus for Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, valid for 365 days from the SIM activation date. This bonus will be automatically removed after its validity period.
- Port in a mobile number from any telco except Singtel, Heya, or Gomo within 30 days of signing up to receive free VIVIFI 5G VAS. This will be activated after successful port-in.
- Customers porting in an active mobile number from another telco except Singtel, Heya, Gomo, Zym, Zero1 and CMLink within 30 days of signing up for the mobile plan may qualify for a subscription fee waiver.
- Upon successful eligibility check during sign-up, customer may qualify for either Offer A or Offer B. Customer can check the eligibility for either the 9-month or 6-month waiver by creating a VIVIFI account and selecting the current port-in operator before purchasing the plan.
- Offer A: 9-Month Subscription Waiver.
Customer will be charged the standard monthly subscription fee for the mobile plan starting from SIM activation date.
To qualify for this offer, the successful port-in of the number from the operator specified by the Customer during sign-up must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Customer’s mobile plan order submission date.
Following the successful port-in, the monthly subscription fee will continue to apply for the first three (3) bills from the mobile number port-in date. The subscription fee will then be waived for the subsequent nine (9) bills (from the 4th to the 12th bill inclusive), provided the previous bills are paid in full and on time by their respective due dates. - Offer B: 6-Month Subscription Waiver.
Customer will be charged the standard monthly subscription fee for the mobile plan starting from SIM activation date.
To qualify for this offer, the successful port-in of the number from the operator specified by the Customer during sign-up must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Customer’s mobile plan order submission date.
Following the successful port-in, the monthly subscription fee will continue to apply for the first six (6) bills from the mobile number port-in date.
The subscription fee will then be waived for the subsequent six (6) bills (from the 7th to the 12th bill inclusive), provided the previous bills are paid in full and on time by their respective due dates. - Any subscription fee waiver provided is not exchangeable for cash.
- After the 12th bill from the port-in date, the monthly subscription fees will automatically revert to VIVIFI’s standard prevailing rates.
- The promotional discount will be immediately forfeited if customer ports out the mobile number from VIVIFI, changes the existing mobile plan, terminates the mobile service or initiates a Transfer of Ownership of the mobile service.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing VIVIFI promotions or offers.
- VIVIFI’s management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
