Promo Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion valid for new VIVIFI Roam Asia Super plan sign-ups from 3rd June 2025 till further notice.
  2. To be eligible for the promo, customer must select “VIVIFI Roam Asia Super – 400GB” plan when submitting a new order.
  3. Port-in from non-Singtel brands are welcome.
  4. Customer must activate the SIM card successfully within 14 days from order submission date.
  5. Customers enjoy 400GB, 800mins & 100SMS, 15GB monthly recurring roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan and India. Customers also enjoy one-time 600GB roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand valid for 365 days from SIM activation date. Promo add-on will be automatically removed after the validity period.
  6. Customers porting in their mobile numbers from non-Singtel brands, i.e. Singtel, Heya, Gomo only, within 30 days of signing up will enjoy these additional perks:
    • Free 3 months subscription of VIVIFI 5G VAS after successful port-in. This additional add-on will be activated within 5 working days of successful port-in.
  7. Customers signing up for “VIVIFI Roam Asia SUPER (FREE 3 Months) – 400GB” plan and remain active for 3 billing cycles after port-in will enjoy waived subscription fees for the 4th to 6th billing cycles.
    1. Customer must activate the SIM card successfully within 14 days from order submission date.
    2. Customer will have to successfully port in from another telco except Singtel, Heya, Gomo, Zym, Zero1 and CMLink within 30 days of signing up for the plan.
    3. Customer will be charged the monthly subscription fee of the mobile plan for the first 3 bills from successful port-in date. The subscription fee of the mobile plan will be waived from 4th to 6th bill from successful port-in date, provided the first 3 bills are successfully paid.
    4. Customer will have to make an advance payment of one month subscription fee of the selected mobile plan after new mobile plan order has been submitted successfully. The advance payment will be used for the offset of the first bill and it is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
    5. The waiver of subscription fee from the 4th to 6th bill from successful port-in date is not exchangeable for cash.
    6. After the 6th bill from port-in date, fees will automatically revert to the standard rate.
    7. The discount will no longer be valid if customer ports out of VIVIFI, changes the mobile plan, terminates the mobile service or Transfer of Ownership is done before the full discount is given.
  8. This promotion is not valid with other VIVIFI promotions.
  9. The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at their sole discretion without prior notice.
