  1. Customer will not be able to make outgoing calls, send SMS and get data connectivity once entitlement is used up.
  2. Customer is required to purchase Boosters for additional entitlements.
  3. Customer will be able to receive calls and SMS even when entitlement is used up.

Promo Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion valid for new VIVIFI Roam Premium 5G+ plan sign-ups from 19 Jan 2026 till further notice.
  2.  To qualify, customer must select “VIVIFI Roam Premium 5G+ – 1TB” plan when placing the new order.
  3. A one-month advance payment of the selected plan’s subscription fee is required upon successful order submission. This payment will be offset against the first monthly bill and is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
  4. Customer must successfully activate the SIM card within 14 days of the order submission date.
  5. Eligible customers enjoy 1TB, 2000mins & 500SMS and 30GB monthly recurring roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan & India. Customers also enjoy one-time 1TB roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand, valid for 365 days from SIM activation date. Promo add-on will be automatically removed after the validity period.
  6. Mobile plan includes 5G+ connectivity where available.
  7. [Promo – Free one time 388GB Roaming Data] To qualify for the promo, customer must sign up for “VIVIFI Roam Premium 5G+” plan from 3 Feb 2026 till further notice.
    1. Customer must sign up for a new VIVIFI number or port in a mobile number from any telco except Singtel, Heya/hi!, or Gomo within 30 days of signing up.
    2. Eligible customers enjoy one-time 388GB roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand, valid for 365 days from the SIM activation date. Promo add-on will be automatically removed after the validity period.
