Promo Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion valid for new VIVIFI Roam Value plan sign-ups from 1 August 2025 till further notice.
2. To qualify, customer must select “VIVIFI Roam Value – 200GB” plan when placing the new order.
3. A one-month advance payment of the selected plan’s subscription fee is required upon successful order submission. This payment will be offset against the first monthly bill and is non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
4. Customer must successfully activate the SIM card within 14 days of the order submission date.
5. Eligible customers enjoy 200GB, 300mins & 100SMS and 3GB monthly recurring roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan & India. Customers also enjoy one-time 100GB roaming data to Malaysia valid for 365 days from SIM activation date. Promo add-on will be automatically removed after the validity period.
6. Port in a mobile number from any telco except Singtel, Heya, or Gomo within 30 days of signing up, to receive a free 3 months subscription of VIVIFI 5G VAS. This will be activated within 5 working days of successful port-in.
7. [FREE 1 MONTH – New VIVIFI Number] To be eligible for the promo, customer must select a new VIVIFI mobile number during sign up from 1 August 2025 till 31 August 2025.
   1. Customer must not request to port in a number from another telco.
   2. Customer will be charged the standard monthly subscription fee for the first two (2) bills from the SIM activation date.
   3. The subscription fee will then be waived for the subsequent bill (3rd bill), provided the previous bills are paid in full and on time by their respective due dates.
   4. After the 3rd bill, fees will automatically revert to the standard rate.
   5. The waiver of subscription fee is not exchangeable for cash.
   6. The promotional discount will be immediately forfeited if customer ports in a mobile number from any telco, ports out the mobile number from VIVIFI, changes the existing mobile plan, terminates the mobile service or initiates a Transfer of Ownership of the mobile service.
8. This promotion is not valid with other VIVIFI promotions.
9. The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at their sole discretion without prior notice.
