Promo Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion valid for new VIVIFI Roam Value plan sign-ups from 27 Feb 2026 till further notice.
2. To qualify, customer must select “VIVIFI Roam Value – 200GB” plan when placing the new order.
3. A one-month advance payment of the selected plan’s subscription fee is required upon successful order submission. This payment will be offset against the first monthly bill and is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
4. Customer must successfully activate the SIM card within 14 days of the order submission date.
5. Eligible customers enjoy 200GB local data, 300 minutes local talktime & 100 SMS and 5GB monthly recurring roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan & India. Customers also enjoy one-time 100GB roaming data to Malaysia valid for 365 days from SIM activation date. Promo add-on will be automatically removed after the validity period.

Plus, enjoy 100 minutes of recurring IDD 019 calls each month from Singapore to Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, United States of America, Vietnam, Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Malaysia, Thailand & Indonesia. To utilize this benefit, IDD calls must be made using the 019 prefix. Please note that for every minute of IDD 019 call made, a corresponding minute will be deducted from the Customer’s monthly IDD 019 allocation and an equivalent minute will also be deducted from the Customer’s available local outgoing talktime. Standard local and IDD rates apply once your respective balances are exhausted.
7. Enjoy a monthly recurring allowance of 10 minutes of incoming roaming calls at worldwide destinations. Once the 10-minute incoming roaming call allowance is fully utilised, standard roaming call rates will apply. All outgoing roaming calls are chargeable at prevailing standard roaming rates. Roaming charges may vary depending on the destination country and network operator.
8. This promotion is not valid with other VIVIFI promotions.
