Promo Terms and Conditions
- Promotion valid for new VIVIFI Vibe plan sign-ups from 25th April 2025 till further notice.
- To be eligible for the promo, customer must select “VIVIFI Vibe” plan when submitting a new order.
- Port-in from non-Singtel brands are welcome.
- Customer must activate the SIM card successfully within 14 days from order submission date.
- Eligible customers enjoy 300GB, 588mins & 100SMS, 5GB monthly recurring roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan & India and 2GB monthly recurring roaming data to Malaysia for the first 12 calendar months from the month of SIM activation. Customers also enjoy one-time 600GB roaming data to Malaysia & Indonesia valid for 365 days from SIM activation date.Thereafter, customers enjoy 300GB, 588mins & 100SMS, 5GB monthly recurring roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan & India. - Customers porting in their mobile numbers from non-Singtel brands, i.e. Singtel, Heya, Gomo only, within 30 days of signing up will enjoy these additional perks which will be activated within 5 working days of successful port-in:

> Free additional 28GB monthly recurring local data for 12 calendar months. - Customers signing up for “VIVIFI Vibe (Get $60 value for just $30!)” plan will be able to get $60 value by making a one-time payment of $30 during sign-up.
- Customer will be charged a one-time payment of $30 (or 3 months worth of subscription fee) after new mobile plan order has been submitted successfully. This payment will be used for bill offset and it is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- Customer will have to successfully port in from another telco except Singtel, Heya, Gomo, Zym, Zero1 and CMLink within 30 days of signing up for the plan.
- Once successfully ported in, the subscription fee of VIVIFI Vibe plan will be waived from 4th to 6th bill from successful port-in date.
- After the 6th bill from port-in date, fees will automatically revert to the standard rate.
- There will be no refund of the advance payment made if customer ports out of VIVIFI or terminates the mobile service before the full discount is given.
- The discount will no longer be valid if the subscribed mobile plan is changed before the full discount is given.
- If there is Transfer of Ownership done for the mobile number, the advance payment made or the discount will not be transferred to the new owner’s account. The discount due to the previous owner will also be dropped.
- This promotion is not valid with other VIVIFI promotions.
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at their sole discretion without prior notice.
